As American's, we have the tendency to go-go-go. Let's do all the things, all the time. Not only are we designed for rest, we are told to "be still, and know that I am God." I love Psalm 62:1-2: My soul finds rest in God alone; my salvation comes from him. He alone is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will never be shaken.
